Who will view my personal information?
The information you submit is delivered by email directly to members of the Rowlett Customer Care Team.

Will my personal information be made available to the public?
The City of Rowlett will never distribute or sell your personal information to any third party company or organization.  All City documents are subject to the State of Texas Public Information Act. However, your personal information such as street address, telephone numbers, and email addresses are excluded and are not subject to public information regulations. 

What happens to the information I submit?
The information you submit is reviewed by the Rowlett Customer Care Team
and tabulated into management reports that are used to help City leaders
make decisions that positively impact citizens and the community.

Why is the City soliciting feedback from citizens?
This is part of an ongoing effort to increase the level of customer care delivered by every department and employee in the organization. By gathering input through this survey, the City is able to improve existing services and identify new needs.

Do my answers make a difference?
Your input is of significant value to the City. Each response you give to each question will be taken very seriously as it is reviewed and analyzed by the Rowlett Customer Care Team. All responses to the survey are aggregated, and the resulting trends will help mold future customer care programs and services.

Will someone from the City be contacting me?
You will be contacted only if you specifically request a response from a City staff member.

Can I complete more than one survey?
We encourage you to complete all the available surveys on this website. We request you complete each individual survey only once.
